      I just used hot water and Dr Bronners baby blend soap. And would put bottles in the dishwasher occasionally to sanitize.

      For bottle sterilizing – I just use warm / hot water and soap and then occasionally boil the bottles and parts. For protein, I love the Be Well By Kelly Protein
